This dress worked really well in my maternity photos! The color is beautiful and it was totally worth the money. The fabric is very light and flowy which is a positive and negative because it made moving around easy and I didn't over heat even when it was about 80 outside, but if you aren't in love with your body it will not hide any of your problem areas (or your nipples). I wore Motherhood Maternity shapewear underneath and a lacey razorback bra and that was the perfect combination for it to look like an expensive maternity shoot dress.
As for size, the fabric is stretchy and it fits long so at 5'10 and 180lb at 32 weeks (normally 150lb) I felt comfy in a small and my stomach had room to grow. I also wore 3 inch heels (so I was 6'1 in the photos) that the fabric covered completely. The bust is also great for larger chested women. I'm still nursing and am currently a 34K (normally a 32I) and I had the perfect amount of coverage

I wore it for my maternity shoot and I loved it. It is very fitting! I got the large. Shows every curve and handles you have. I did wear a maternity corset with it and a belt! I was 35 weeks pregnant and 190 pounds. It was a little long for me, so I had to adjust it before every picture. If you are more curvy it sticks to your body right up to a little above your knees and then it flares up. I loved the colour and fit and length!

This dress had no reviews at the time I bought it, so I took a bit of a risk because I really wanted the tight-fitting, mermaid dress, but shorter sleeves. I ended up loving the color more than another dress I had purchased (and returned) that was a similar style and long sleeves.
The material is pretty light weight and very stretchy. I didn't notice any quality issues either in the material or the sewing. Most people were surprised at how little I paid for it! But, even if there are some minor quality issues that may come up later, I honestly purchased this for a one time use - for pictures! And, if there were any issues with quality, it defiantly didn't show up on camera.
I purchased a small and felt it fit me just fine. For reference, I'm 5'6" and 127 lbs pre-pregnancy, and was 143 lbs at 30 weeks when the pictures were taken. The material will stretch to fit EVERY curve. Underwear can be tricky under the dress because of that. Even my no-shows had a panty line, but that's partially due to them rolling up as I put the dress on. So one might want to go a size up for that sake? Or, you can just go without. You could also go a size up if you were worried about it feeling or looking too skin tight.
As for length - it may have been a tad long when I was barefoot, and I liked it that way. Once I had on shoes with just the slightest heel, it was a perfect length, though that also meant not having a train. It was a windy day for pictures, so that ended up not mattering. But, again, I'm around 5'6". Obviously your personal height will affect what you think of the length of the dress.
Overall, I had no real complaints. For the Texas heat it was pretty breathable, silky feeling, and I felt gorgeous in it.
